Getting Started
How do I start sourcing apparel from Bangladesh?
Simply fill out our contact form or request a sample. Our team will schedule a free consultation to understand your product requirements, target price point, and timeline — then match you with the right factory partners.
Can I visit the factories in Bangladesh?
Absolutely. We encourage factory visits and can arrange guided tours of our partner facilities in Dhaka.
Do I need a tech pack to get started?
No. If you don't have a tech pack, our Apparo platform can generate one from a sketch, photo, or mood board using AI.
How long does the entire sourcing process take?
From initial consultation to first sample delivery, expect 2-4 weeks. Full production orders typically take 45-90 days depending on fabric availability, order complexity, and quantity.
Sourcing & Production
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs start from just 50 pieces per style for custom apparel sourcing. Through our UniformSource platform, we also offer zero-MOQ solutions on select items.
How do you ensure factory compliance?
We only partner with factories that are verified by international bodies like BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, or Oeko-Tex. Our Dhaka team performs independent on-site audits.
What certifications do your partner factories hold?
Our factory network holds certifications including GOTS, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, and ISO 9001.
What types of garments can you source?
Our network covers knitwear, woven garments, activewear, uniforms, workwear, denim, outerwear, and premium streetwear blanks.
Logistics & Payments
How do payments work?
We use a secure, milestone-based escrow system. Funds are held securely and only released to the manufacturer once predefined production or shipping milestones are verified.
What are typical lead times?
Sample lead times are usually 7-14 days. Production lead times typically range from 45 to 90 days.
Do you handle international shipping and customs?
Yes. We coordinate freight forwarding via sea (FCL/LCL) and air freight. We provide full documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
