Custom Apparel Manufacturing from 50 Pieces

Usually, within one design. A 50-piece order can normally be five sizes across two colourways in the same fabric and print; it does not have to be 50 identical units. We confirm the exact split when we quote, because some fabrics and finishes carry their own dye-lot minimums. What always counts separately is a separate DESIGN, since each one needs its own screens and marker — so a two-style drop is two minimums, not one. Garment dyeing runs its own floor of 25 pieces per colour, and woven garments start at 300 per style.

Sample development is USD 60 per style for a blank, or USD 85 with your branding applied, plus USD 45 shipping. The sample cost is credited against your bulk order when you proceed. Turnaround is 7–10 days from an approved spec. We publish the figure because almost nobody in this market does — if a factory will not tell you what a sample costs before you enquire, that is worth noticing.

Payment is 50% before production starts and the remaining 50% before shipment. No credit terms on a first order. There is no third payment and no retention: the balance clears before the goods leave, and the sample cost you already paid is credited against the bulk order.

Bulk production runs 12–15 days for orders up to 2,000 pieces, counted from approved sample and confirmed deposit. Allow 25–35 days end to end, since sampling and approval come first. Peak season can extend this — we confirm dates at order confirmation.

Our facility is BSCI certified — an audited social-compliance standard covering labour conditions, safety, and working hours. We do not hold WRAP, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, or ISO certification, and we will tell you so rather than imply otherwise. We can source certified fabric from a mill running a certified line, but we cannot issue a transaction certificate or make the finished garment a certified product — if a GOTS or GRS claim on the finished item is central to your brand, you need a scope-certified factory and we will say so.
