By using this website you agree to the following terms. Sleek Apparels Limited provides garment manufacturing services subject to written confirmation of orders.

Quotations

All quotations are indicative and subject to fabric availability, final tech pack confirmation and current market pricing. Final pricing is confirmed in our proforma invoice.

Sampling

Sampling is a paid service. Sample fees are not generally refundable but may be credited against bulk orders at our discretion.

Orders

Orders are confirmed via written purchase order and our proforma invoice. Standard payment terms are 30–50% advance, balance before shipment.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand artwork, logos and tech packs. We will not reproduce your designs for any other party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
